广州一个新晋品牌，他们已经在广州存在了十年，但不得不在2017年10月25日关闭第一家店面。现在，在他们的新址，周末将会播放黑胶音乐，但他们的重点还是会放在食物，精酿啤酒，聊天和舒适的氛围上。他们有24个酒头支持本地的精酿啤酒，淡然也有他们自己的品牌- Good Manners Brewery，广州本地酿造。

About Rozz-Tox

A brand new space in the city where it all started, Guangzhou. Having been in the city for 10 years, they had to close their first location on 25 October, 2017.

Now in their new place vinyl DJs will take over on the weekends and their focus will be more on food, craft beer, conversation, and positive atmosphere. They have 24 taps that support local craft beer as well as their own label, Good Manners Brewery, that's brewed in Guangzhou.

白肚皮德式小麦啤酒

A WHITER SHADE OF PALE HEFEWEIZEN

酒精度 ABV: 4.8% | 苦度 IBU: 13

一款经典的德式风格小麦啤酒，具有淡淡的香蕉风味，很多丁香的香味。它经历了阿魏酸休止，这给啤酒带来了奇妙的复杂性。

在配餐的时候，我们的白肚皮能很好的和熏肉，香肠，还有火腿腿搭配。当然也可以和Tex-Mex菜肴像是辣椒和玉米饼，还有鱼，沙拉，非达和羊奶酪搭配。

A traditional German style wheat beer with a light banana aroma, lots of cloves and other phenols. It has undergone an ferulic acid rest, which helps bring wondrous complexity to the beer.

When pairing with food, our Hefewizen works best with cured meats, sausages, and hams. Also works well with Tex-Mex dishes like chili or tacos, as well as fish, salads, feta and goats cheese.

FARMHOUSE SOUR SAISON

法国塞松酵母和乳酸菌混合发酵，扑面而来的核果香带来的干爽，果香浓郁。

Tangy goodness with a dry punch of stone fruits and a finish of crisp minerality soured with a mixed fermentation of French Saison yeast and lactobacillus.

GUANXI PALE ALE

箭厂啤酒关系是一款风味无穷且易饮用的淡色艾尔,以淡淡的苦味和清脆收尾。Warrior、Palisade、Cascade 和Mosaic四种啤酒花的结合散发出了柔美的芳香,你可以感受到凤梨、柑橘以及核果的香味。

关系淡色艾尔适合各种场合,尤其是和西餐中温和的食物搭配，产生出了令人惊讶的结果。试想英式烤肉配烤土豆和肉汁，香肠，炸鱼薯条（好的老酒吧菜肴）。当然和美式烧烤，牛排，奶油意面，奶酪也是很不错的搭配。

Arrow Factory Brewing’s Guanxi is an easy drinking well-flavoured pale ale with a light bitter backbone and crisp finish. A combination of Warrior, Palisade, Cascade and Mosaic hops yield soft aromas of pine, citrus and stone fruit.

Guanxi Pale Ale is perfect for any occasion, but pairs amazingly with western comfort food.  Think English style roast meats with roast potatoes and gravy, sausages, fish and chips (good old pub grub). Also works well with American BBQ, steaks, creamy pastas, and cheese.

KISS ME HARDY PALE ALE

一款由新西兰Nelson Sauvin酿制的明快但有酒花特点的畅饮型艾尔/I.P.A. 你问为什么叫亲我哈迪？灵感来自于他的临终遗言，他是海军上将霍雷肖·纳尔逊将军（英国最伟大的海军英雄死于1805年的特拉法加战役）对托马斯船长说的遗言。

A light but hoppy session ale/IPA that’s been made with Nelson Sauvin New Zealand hops. The name? Inspired by words spoken, on his deathbed, by Admiral Horatio Nelson (England's greatest naval hero, who died at the Battle of Trafalgar on the 21st October 1805) to Captain Thomas Hardy.

黑暗时代
DARK AGES BLACK I.P.A.
酒精度 ABV: 7.7% | 苦度 IBU: 57

回归黑暗IPA:强烈和深色的爱尔由molasses和大量新鲜的松枝以及citrusy啤酒花酿制。

Strong and dark ale brewed with molasses and loads of fresh piney and citrusy hops.

SEEING DOUBLE I.P.A.
酒精度 ABV: 7.7% | 苦度 IBU: 77

箭厂啤酒断片儿散发出热带水果的酒香源于Citra和Simcoe啤酒花。酒体厚重，口感丰富伴随着均衡的苦涩和易接受的收尾。所以。。。很危险。

搭配辛辣，烟熏和芳香的味道，像是辣椒，牛排，汉堡，北京烤鸭甚至是浓郁的奶酪。

Arrow Factory Brewing’s Seeing Double I.P.A. delivers an explosive bouquet of tropical fruits on the nose from liberal dry hopping of Citra and Simcoe. The mouth feel is resiny and rich with a well-balanced bitterness and an easy finish. Danger!  

Pairs perfectly with spicy, smoked and aromatic flavours such as chili, ribs, burgers, Beijing duck and even strong cheeses.
