浑浊

在早些年看来这个词对于啤酒可不是什么好的形容词,到现在绝大多数人还是认为啤酒是清澈的,而且越清越好。但是就在这俩年的精酿啤酒圈里,着实是让浑浊一词大放光彩。就在一些发烧友把Alchemist背回来开始以后,浑浊IPA在圈子里就炸了窝了。甚至导致在圈子里,你如果没有喝过一瓶浑浊IPA,你真的不好意思跟人打招呼。到底,浑浊是个什么样的形容词!

Cloudy

Many years ago this word was not prepared to truly appreciate beer.Even now, most of people think that beer is supposed to be CLEAR, and the clearer the better. But since the cloudy style has surfaced, the craft beer circle has gone wild. Right after some alcoholic traveller brought Alchemist to us, Cloudy IPA officially became a huge hit. That now gives rise to shame, if you have never tried a cloudy IPA when you talk to people about craft beer. So, what the hell is CLOUDY?

其实在最早的Heady Topper时代,并没有浑浊一词。一直到一种叫新英格兰风格IPA的出现,大家才真正意识到了这种看起来像一杯橘汁一样的啤酒。在浑浊的发源地美国,其实有很多种的叫法,有叫Hazy IPA的,也有叫Cloudy IPA的,也有叫Unfiltered IPA的,也有叫New England IPA的。但到了我国,统称为浑浊IPA,也展示了中文的博大精深。

In the very beginning, there was Heady topper. It was truly the first of its kind. Later during the appearance of the New England style IPA, people started to realize the existence of a new beer which tasted like orange juice. In America, the birthplace of the Cloudy IPA, there are many names which refer to this juicy creature:Hazy IPA, Cloudy IPA, Unfiltered IPA, New England IPA. We call it Cloudy IPA(浑浊IPA, turbid IPA) because it evokes the image when you say the name.

你与一杯浑浊IPA的距离

大家都知道IPA这个类型的酒要的就是新鲜,越新鲜越好,就恨不得尝一尝刚从发酵罐里打出来的了。但是,如果说进口,能达到的效果差不多一周之内,就算不错了。刚开始只能靠自己人肉背回来,最近途径多了,但要付出几百块钱一罐的代价。这样的时空距离(时时清空钱包)令每口浑浊IPA都弥足珍贵,就更别说畅饮了。

How to get a glass of Cloudy IPA?

As we know, that the keyword to a Cloudy IPA is FRESH. The fresher it is, the better. Ideally, you want to put your mouth under the fermentation keg. But if you can get a imported fresh Cloudy IPA in one week, that’s lucky. We've done this many times. Wrapped the cans with tiny airbags, you can put around 45 cans in 3 suitcases without damage using your packing super powers. And that is why, those beers are 300RMB per can. Some of you would say you don't care about the price, because it’s worth it. But we don't want to do that forever. Today I can guarantee you that you can always get fresh Cloudy IPA for a much lower price.

随着酿酒师Marco的多次美国酒厂寻访和与大牌酒厂的交流学习,终于在2017年的入秋之际,Bubble Lab的第一款新英格兰风格IPA出现了,采用了2种麦芽和2种酒花,就已经可以打造出如此震惊的香气,当然,在后期的干投酒花方面也是让人震惊的,酒体呈漂亮的亮黄色,看起来就像一杯橘汁一样,我们给这款啤酒起名为Orange Juicy Rain,因为它诞生于一个雨天,我们也希望这款啤酒可以像久违的甘露,也像身处于果味爆棚的水果乐园,每一口都是多汁的。

After Marco's many years of traveling and studying in America, searching for and learning with big breweries, Bubble Lab's first new England-style IPA appeared in August of 2017. Using two types of malts and two types of Hops, it has been able to create such a shocking aroma and, of course, the addition of late dry hops is also surprisingly amazing. The beer was a beautiful bright yellow like a glass of orange juice. We gave this beer the name Orange Juicy Rain, because it was born on a rainy day. We hope that this beer can be like a long absence of nectar, but also like a fruit in the fruit of the fruit park, each sip amazingly juicy.

Bubble Lab 气泡实验室成立于2014年的一个寒冬,由酿酒师Marco一手创立,由于对于品质不懈的坚持,使用最好的进口原料来酿造纯正的手工艾尔和拉格啤酒,来满足啤酒粉丝日益提高的品味,终于在2015年,Bubble Lab在武汉拥有了第一家属于自己的酒吧,并在隔年迅速开了第二家分店,2016年底,Bubble Lab江苏常州店顺利开业,并且已经成为了常州地区最受欢迎的精酿啤酒屋之一。

Bubble Lab was founded in the winter of 2014 by the founder and the brewer Marco . Due to the relentless persistence of quality, they use the best imported raw materials to brew pure handmade Ale and Lager beer, to meet the growing taste of beer fans. In 2015, Bubble Lab opened in Wuhan, and in the next year he quickly opened a second branch. By the end of 2016, Bubble Lab in Changzhou, Jiangsu opened smoothly, and has become one of the most popular breweries in Changzhou.

All Bubble Lab beers are made from imported raw materials, including malt, hops, and yeast. At present, the brewery has brewed more than 30 craft beers, including a Scotch Ale, IPA, Helles, Pilsner, Belgian Wheat, Saison, the most popular flagship product “Golden Potter”, Vanilla Imperial Stout, and a single hop IPA series. Bubble Lab’s pursuit of change is in effort to reflect the evolving beer culture’s focus on innovation, freedom, diversity.
