Lancaster Brewery doesn't just make beer, theyalso pour it daily in their Brewhouse & Tap and the other pubs, and that'san art, too. More than you might think goes into pouring the perfect pint ofcask beer, so we will tell you how it's done to perfection.

第一拉,是打出一杯完美生啤的关键,优雅而干净利落的拉下手柄,一杯完美的生啤就完成了一半。再强调一下,兰卡斯特啤酒厂坐落于英格兰北部。The first pull is an essential part ofcreating the perfect cask beer pint, strong, concise, and executed with grace.This first pour sets up the rest of the pint! A frothy top is what people likein the North of England, where Lancaster Brewery is located.
第二拉,让啤酒继续流入酒杯,把杯子装满,静置一下,让酒体稳定,泡沫消退一些。一杯融合了麦芽、酵母、啤酒花精华的完美液体呈现在你眼前。注意流速不要太快产生太多泡沫损失,增高经营成本;也不要静置太久,令泡沫过分消退。The Second pull is all about encompassingthe body of the beer, filling the glass, stopping just off the top to allow thebeer to naturally filter and settle for the final pour.The colour transition and flow is astunning display of the combination of malt, yeast, and the characteristics ofthe hops all working together to create perfect collaboration for a pint. Thisis time to let the beer settle. Settle too long and all the hard work willresult in a flat discordance of the froth. Too soon and the wastage will be thecrux in getting the best yield throughout in the bar.

After starting the pour off with a strongpull, the head should be around an inch thick. As we slowly draw the last drop,we lower the glass creating a stunning frothy domed finish, the tiny bubblesstir thoughts of creamy, candy floss, light, bubbly-ness of joy.
