大师杯发起于2012年,目前已成为国内极具影响力和公信度的家酿啤酒大奖赛。2019年大师杯经过福州、广州、苏州、武汉和西安五站分赛的比拼,在沈阳成功举办了决赛。


The Master Cup China was launched in 2012 and now with great influence and credibility in the home brew industry. In 2019, the Master Cup China went through Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Suzhou, Wuhan and Xi'an races, and the final was held successfully in Shenyang.



2019年9月,大师杯在沈阳落下帷幕。最终来自河北协会的胖脸,获得今年年度总冠军,成为新一届从大师杯走出来的家酿啤酒大师。


As the curtain has fallen in Shenyang this September, Fat Face, the member of Hebei Craft Brewers Association, eventually won the Grand Champion of the Master Cup China 2019. He is the new brewing master of this Master Cup China. 


今年的大师杯,经过五场分站赛和一场总决赛,取得了业内的高度关注。主办方对整个赛程的结果进行了统计。


This year, the Master Cup China went through five races and one final and acquired great concern in the relevant industry. The results of the overall activity have been summarized by the organizer.


2019年度共计1174款作品参赛,相比2018年的976款,有20%的增幅。选手们在分站赛的选择及报名上,对规则有了更准确的理解,心态也更为成熟。


In 2019, there were 1174 entries, 20% higher than 2018 when there were 976 entries. The participants were more efficient when they applied for the races according to the instructions. Their senses have also been more mature.


2019年每个赛点的报名作品数量十分接近,约在150-250款之间。这极大地提高了优秀作品进入总决赛的概率。比起2018年参赛作品扎堆集中在首个分站赛而言,今年参赛作品数量分布得到了优化。


In 2019, the amount of the entries in each race was close, and the range was between 150 and 250. This greatly improved the opportunity of excellent works reaching the final. The entry distribution of this year has been optimized in comparison with 2018 when the entries were concentrated in the first race.


2019年,按每一赛区参加人次计算,共有476人次男选手和28人次女选手参赛。相比2018年的376人次男选手和26人次女选手参赛,累计人次增幅为25%


In 2019, there were 476 male participants and 28 female participants which was the number amounted by per races. It was increased by 25% in comparison with 2018 when there were 376 male and 26 female.


2019年度获奖作品共计145款,相较于2018年的91款有了60%的增幅。这主要是因为参赛作品的增加,以及今年的整体参赛者水平的提高(比赛的评委选择、赛制、评分机制与去年比均保持不变)。


In 2019, there were 145 prizewinning works, 60% higher than 2018 when there were 91 works. It was mainly due to the entry amount increasing and the higher overall standard of the participants (the judges’ selection, competition system and scoring mechanism were the same as last year.)


2019年度的比赛金奖共计45款,相较于2018年的24款有了近一倍的增幅。银奖从28款提高到44款,铜奖从39款提高到56款。


In 2019, there were 45 gold medals, nearly doubled in comparison with 2018 when there were 24. The silver medals increased from 28 in 2018 to 44. The bronze medals increased from 39 to 56.


2018年获奖最多的啤酒风格分别为小麦、世涛波特、酒花类。而2019年比利时低色度啤酒、水果和蜂蜜、以及波特世涛,成为了主要获奖区域。这说明,消费市场中近两年的流行趋势已经明显影响到家酿啤酒,低酒精度和水果增味啤酒逐渐在成为主流,同时蜂蜜酒开始获得大量关注。


In 2018, the awards were focused in the wheat beer, stout, poter and IPA, while in 2019, the main awarding styles were Belgian pale ale, fruity and honey, sout and poter. This revealed that the home brew was apparently influenced by the consumer market trend. The low-alcohol, fruit-flavored beers have gradually been the mainstream, and the mead has been acquired great attention.
